Do you feel that there is a lack of support in every part of your life? When we were young, there seemed to be no limit on how many people provided support. There may have been teachers, coaches, preachers, parents, or someone who would encourage us to keep going to pursue our dreams. But now that we’re older, it seems like everyone is a hater, doesn’t it? You can’t open your mouth and talk about your ambitions without someone putting them down. Or they may say your dreams will never work.
Well, such is life. And let me say from experience when you embark on something outside the norm of getting up and joining the daily rat race, most people won’t support you because they don’t understand how to turn nothing into something. So, sometimes, you will have to embark on what you are doing without anyone’s help or blessing. And sometimes, it’s best not to discuss your goals with people anyway, especially when your goals are in an infantile state. Remember all the discussions we’ve had on this blog about negative energy? People’s negative thoughts can cause your dreams to nosedive when they don’t believe in what you are doing. So, you will find that it’s best to keep your goals to yourself until you start living them.
Instead of getting upset and saying “, no one supports my dreams,” try to look for those in the same boat as you who didn’t have support but are thriving now. You can create a support group with them to remain motivated. And if you can’t find anyone in your local area to support you, it may be a good idea to stay quiet and busy. Sometimes you will be your only mascot or cheerleading squad. So, you will be your own biggest supporter until others start to recognize you for your efforts. So stop complaining about no one supporting you. Try to strengthen support for yourself and become your own best friend and top supporter. Sooner or later, help will come. But, sometimes, we have to just get started alone.
Let’s try to rid ourselves of this limiting belief over the next month. Instead of saying or thinking the words, “No one supports my dreams,” think or say, “I am my biggest supporter, and I will win, no matter what.” Either this mantra or something similar will do. But don’t keep getting down about others’ lack of support. If no one else supports you, the universe will!
