Lately, I have been working on balancing my chakras and strengthening my aura because there are so many negative elements in our world that attach themselves to me daily. I like using this meditation in the background as I go about my day or when I am about to relax for the evening so that I can essentially “clean” my chakaras, particularly when I know that I have been exposed to negative energy during my day.
