We can’t help it. We grew up saying the words “I’m sick” whenever we weren’t feeling well. So naturally, when someone asks us how we are doing and we are sick, we say, “I’m sick.” But as you will recall, according to the law of attraction, what you think and feel will intensify what you are currently feeling. So if you keep reflecting on how sick you are, this can potentially make you even sicker.
Instead of Saying “I’m Sick,” Say Positive Words About Your Health
When you’re in pain or hurting from sickness, it’s hard to think about anything else but the pain and sickness. But we have to get into the habit of tricking our minds into focusing on health to start our path to recovery. Instead of constantly feeding your mind the negativity of “I’m sick,” try to focus on words like “I’m feeling better” or “I’m getting better.” Even if you honestly don’t feel this way now, the more you start to focus on getting better, you are training the body to do so.
The law of attraction doesn’t change when you’re sick. The rules of “what you think about, you bring about” still apply. Therefore, thinking of sickness creates more sickness. On the other hand, thinking about health will make you do healthy things. Thus, you will start to feel better again. Besides thinking your way to better health, another good idea could be to watch things on television that make you laugh – a lot. They say laughter is the best medicine. So, when you’re down due to sickness, keeping your vibration high is more important than ever.
If you are suffering from sickness this month, try your best not to focus on that. Instead, focus on feeling better and tell yourself, “I feel better.” This will energetically start to help you ward off disease.
