Do you ever stop to think about the words that you use? The words you use and think all day long shape your future and help form your reality. Therefore, the words that you use can be making your life substantially better or substantially worse. If you are constantly thinking about negative things and speaking about negative things, even if it’s negative things about other people, you are attracting such things into your own life. Focusing on positive things in spite of the negative things that may be going on around you will start to steer your life in a more positive direction. It all starts with switching over to positive words and thoughts.
This month, the word of the month is “overflow.” Instead of being terrified that you won’t have enough, spend 24 hours simply thinking about “your cup overflowing” instead of being half empty. Shifting your thinking from scarcity and fearful thinking about lack to abundance by using abundant words and thoughts can make things in your life start to change for the better.
