It’s been quite some time since I’ve used ginseng. I stopped using it initially because I kept seeing it advertised for male erectile problems. I thought, “I’ll never have that problem, so I don’t think this is the herb for me.”
Over the years, I’ve read that ginseng is helpful for other things besides that issue. Therefore, I think I will start drinking it again. One thing that appealed to me is its use in improving brain function. I introduced Gotu Kola on the blog a while back, and it also helps with improving brain function. I also like that it reduces inflammation in the body and can improve the immune system.
Another great thing is that it enhances energy levels. This last reason is an excellent reason for me to start using it again because I’ve been quite sluggish lately after ending my 20-year love affair with coffee.
