I know that reading the title of this post probably draws up images of candy canes. However, I’m not referring to the peppermint candy that keeps your breath smelling fresh. In this post, I’m referring to the peppermint herb.
According to the experts, peppermint helps with fighting infection, getting rid of headaches, improving sinuses and more. I like peppermint for its ability to lift my mood. Sometimes I experience stress or sadness and it is often hard to shake it. In order to get out of low vibrational state, I drink peppermint tea. To really uplift my mood, I may also fire up my oil burner and burn some peppermint oil to raise the vibration in the room around me. In a matter of a few minutes, the peppermint within me and around me to stabilize my mood.
