Lately, I have been hearing about something called sea moss. I haven’t used it yet, but I am considering adding it to my diet based on what I have been learning about it. So what is all the hype about this miracle plant from the sea?
I’ve been doing my research and here are some of the wonderful things that I have learned about how this plant may improve your health:
- Rids the body of mucus and inflammation
- Boosts the immune system
- Helps with thyroid problems
- Aids with digestion
- Improves the mood
- Helps with weight loss
- Fights off anemia
- Improves joint help
These are just a few of the benefits that I took note of but this sea plant seems to pack a powerful punch in terms of other health benefits. I do plan to incorporate it into my diet, but I have heard that some people have a hard time finding quality sea moss.
