Why do we eat low vibration food? Because it’s good! Unfortunately, many of the things we find ourselves attracted to in life are no good for us.
Low vibration food is basically what we call junk food. It has no nutritional value, gives us headaches, and causes disease. But despite this, it tastes delicious. I’m not going to act like I don’t give in to the urge to eat these foods.
Occasionally, I love to indulge in pizza, fries, and a burger. We all do. But the problem arises when this is the only type of food we consume.
HOW BAD FOOD INTERFERES WITH MANIFESTATION
Unfortunately, when you are trying to manifest better things in life, the food you consume may be discouraging your manifestation from coming.
Think about it. If you are consuming low-vibration foods, you probably are irritable, sad, stressed, sleepy, and a combination of negative things.
So, if you are in a negative state of being, how could you attract better?
It should come as no surprise that when you decide you want better in life, changing your diet seems to be one of the most critical lifestyle changes people make.
For example, if you want a good-looking and healthy mate, you tend to start going to the gym or jogging in the park to attract such a mate. Likewise, if you want to earn more money, you tend to start eating better and working out.
After all, health is a form of wealth. So, many people begin to value themselves more as they pursue more valuable things in life.
If you have had trouble with manifesting, look at the food you are consuming. If it’s primarily unhealthy food, try consuming healthier food and staying hydrated for the next month.
Even take it one step further and start exercising regularly. After consistently pursuing a healthier lifestyle for a month, you may notice some changes in your tastebuds and even in the types of people around you. You may even lose a few friends who were probably toxic anyway.
Try doing this for a month and come back and share your experiences. By then, I will have another mystical technique for success in the next post for New Month, New You.
