Living Your Best Life From Bone Broth?
I added a question mark to the subhead above because who would have thought that something as simple as bone broth could be a secret source of health? After all, it’s been around for centuries.
Many would even consider it a “struggle meal.” But this “struggle meal” is quickly becoming the new fountain of youth. Bone broth has many benefits. Here are a few according to Medical News Today and Healthline :
- It’s very nutritious, filled with calcium, magnesium, and phosphorous
- Bone broth can help reduce inflammation
- It can support weight loss
- Bone broth helps with food digestion
- It can improve the joints and may even minimize osteoarthritis
- Bone broth may help you sleep better
What I’ve Noticed Since Using It
One immediate effect that this broth had on me was that it started minimizing my cravings. I was a huge late-night snacker. But from the very first sip of the broth, that changed. I no longer snack on chips, candy, or anything I can get my hands on late at night. I also no longer gorge on food.
I have to admit, food is a pleasure for me. Therefore, I eat every morsel of it like it’s going out of style. However, since I’ve been enjoying Kellyann’s bone broth, I reduce my portions because I feel fuller quicker than I used to.
How Does It Taste?
I’ll be honest, it is super bland. So, sipping on it isn’t exciting. When I’m sipping it, I feel like it could use salt. However, since I need to lower my salt intake anyway, it wouldn’t make sense to add it.
So, I’ve had to train my taste buds to accept it. As it warms up, it does smell great though. It reminds me of a delicious, tasty stew or soup cooking. However, upon consuming it, it’s not as enjoyable as it smells. But, my goal is weight loss, so I’m not trying to add other things to it to keep the weight on.
All in all, I’d have to give this product a thumbs up so far because anything that can stop my addiction to potato chips is obviously a good product.
