You are probably used to eating Himalayan salt or regular salt on your favorite dishes, but did you know that salt is a powerful protection agent? I first learned about salt’s protective ability while watching a show about ghost haunting on cable television.
The television show mentioned how using salt around the vicinity of the home could keep out demonic spirits.
It made me wonder if it could do the same with living negative energy; so, I started to research it — and yes, it is effective against living negative energy, too.
I have been salting for a few years now. If you are in tune with your spirit and chakras, you can sense when energy levels are not positive.
I usually protect myself from negative energy by placing salt in a small container and sitting it out for a few days in the room in question. Alternatively, I create a spray bottle with water and salt and spray down my person or the area that I feel is filled with negative energy.
Recently, I learned about something called pink Himalayan salt. I found a block of pink Himalayan salt and I purchased it to help with clearing negativity from my surroundings and my aura.
I don’t know why it works but it works well at keeping my environment uplifting and calming.
How Salt Helps Clear Negativity
So you may be wondering how salt plays a role in improving your life. If you are naturally a positive person and your chakras are balanced, and your aura is stable, this technique may not be useful.
Congratulation! You are one of the very few who can live a very happy life without allowing negative energy to disrupt your day. However, there are some of us out here that may have weak auras or chakras; or, we may be empaths who pick up on energy from others – good or bad – even when we are not trying to do so.
For people like us, we have to work extra hard to protect our surroundings and our person to prevent negative entities from attaching to us throughout our day.
Have you ever been in the room with rowdy, negative people, and even though you are not engaged with them, you go home and you are upset, or you start arguing with people in your home for no apparent reason?
You may be susceptible to negative energy attacks and may be taking such energy home with you. This is especially true if you work in a negative work environment.
If you are experiencing anxiety, stress, and other negative, depressing states, salting may be the perfect remedy for elevating your mood and ultimately making you a more positive person.
How Can You Successfully Use Salt to Clear The Path To Success
- You can start by taking a small container and placing some sea salt or kosher salt in it and placing it in the room where you suspect there is a high level of negativity. If the negativity is in your office, you may want to purchase a chic glass figurine that blends in with the office decor. You should see some changes within 2-3 days; however, if you have an extremely toxic environment, you may need to change the salt every 2-3 days for a few weeks until you notice changes.
- Another method that can protect you and your aura is to fill an empty spray bottle with one part water one part salt. You can spray the air, or you can spray your body. (the mixture may leave a flaky residue on the surface of furniture or on your skin so make sure to brush it off)
- The last method is one I recently incorporated with the pink Himalayan salt block. Similarly, you can purchase a salt block or you can purchase a salt lamp. I have found that salt blocks or lamps keep the environment peaceful and my vibration usually remains high throughout the day.
Try this method over the next thirty days in order to make it a habit. Then, come back and share what your experiences have been in the comments. By then, I will have another mystical technique for success in the next post for New Month, New You.
