Last month, I introduced you to using crystals to balance your chakras. This technique introduced two ways to use crystals – contact method and no-contact method – to improve your chakras so that you can improve your ability to magnetize your desires to you. This month’s technique is is displaying thankfulness, even for the smallest thing in your life, so that you can attract more things to be grateful for.
When your heart is happy and your vibes are joyful, do you ever experience negativity? Probably not because, as the saying goes, misery loves company. Therefore, miserable people and things are all congregating while happy people and things usually surround you.
The Power Of Gratitude
Thankfulness, or gratitude, is an invisible force field that you create around yourself to protect you from miserable and unfavorable circumstances. No matter what terrible thing is happening in your life at this moment, if you stop ‘feeling’ the terribleness of the thing and start to feel thankful for the good that is taking place despite this thing, you will begin to shift life in your favor. You may not have a car; you may not have a place to stay; you may not have a job; you may have lost a loved one. You could be the epitome of sadness and depression, but you can talk your way out of this condition in the same way you talked your way into this condition. Read that again. You talked yourself into a negative situation; therefore, you can talk yourself out of it.
Some of you may feel that you didn’t talk yourself into your present life’s circumstances. However, you did. Remember the article that I wrote a few months ago about decluttering your mind and using auto-suggestion to stop stinking thinking? If you have not done these things, your mind is attracting negative stuff to you consciously through what you are saying to yourself throughout the day; or subconsciously because of the beliefs, you have held since you were a child. When your mind is on a negative auto-pilot, you can’t possibly have a thankful heart. Thus, you are manifesting negativity.
To get to the point of using thankfulness to improve your life, you must review these previous techniques that I have introduced to clear the old baggage so that you can start to focus the mind and heart on gratitude.
How Do I Use Gratitude to Get Out Of My Negative Circumstances
As I said above, start with doing the other techniques that I have introduced in previous blog articles so that you can start with a clean slate. Once you have cleared the negative thoughts and balanced your chakras, you can begin to use gratitude’s magnetic power. You can start by taking 5 minutes a day to take a break from everything and everyone and focus the mind and heart on being thankful for all that you have, even if the only thing you have is your life right now. If all you have is your life, think about the fact that you are alive and breathing and thinking and capable of walking. Think of all the things about your body that is working. From that 5 minute reflection, try to go throughout the day, not thinking about struggles or hardships. If such thoughts do come up, think about how temporary it is and how soon your circumstances will change.
You should not only think this, but you should also feel it in your heart and soul that something good is on its way to you. If you have trouble expressing gratitude on your own, find subliminal apps on your phone or on YouTube to listen to force your mind to think this way. Besides putting in work to eliminate the negative and accentuate the positive, you should also avoid negative things around you, such as negative television programs, cynical people, and other nasty things.
Within 24 hours of being devoted to having a thankful heart, you will start to attract more things to be grateful for in your life. And from these 24 hours, you will begin to feel so good that you will begin to make it a daily habit. Then, voila, you will officially talk yourself out of your unfavorable life circumstances.
Try this method daily over the next thirty days in order to make it a habit. Then, come back and share what your experiences have been in the comments. By then, I will have another mystical technique for success in the next post for New Month, New You.
What are your thoughts on using this method? Post a comment in the comment section.
