Have you been having the hardest time manifesting the life you want? It may have to do with your ability to get in alignment with what you want.
You just may exist in a state of low vibrations, and your desires are high vibrational. As a result, you aren’t getting your manifestation.
What Does it Mean to “Raise Your Vibration?”
Raising your vibration means moving away from low vibrational emotions and behaviors. What are low vibrations?
Anger, jealousy, stress, negativity, and the like are low-vibrational emotions and behaviors. So, raising your vibration involves embodying higher vibrations such as happiness, love, kindness, and gratitude.
Raising your vibration will allow you to have much more peace in your life and lead to more success.
Ways to Raise Your Vibration
Raising your vibration could be as simple as making a decision to no longer engage in self-destructive behaviors and emotions.
This act alone will make your life feel more peaceful and happy. Here are some other ways to raise your vibration.
Eat Quality Food
Food is either making you healthy or unhealthy. So, taking control of the type of food you put in your body will ultimately raise your vibration if you are choosing healthy options more often.
Raise your vibration by eating less low-vibration food, such as processed foods, and eating more foods that are alive and vibrant.
Fruits and vegetables will raise your vibration greatly. But also, if you are a meat eater, choosing healthier foods fresh from the deli or meat department is ultimately better than eating thawed frozen foods.
Stay Hydrated
In addition to eating higher quality food as much as possible, it is ideal to drink plenty of water and other drinks such as teas. Try to avoid consuming too many sweetened drinks.
Be Mindful of What You Consume
In addition to the food and drinks you consume, you should also be aware of what you are absorbing into your mind.
Being around low-vibrational people, violence, negative television or music, and negative environments are as unhealthy as bad food or drinks.
Stay Away From Low Vibrational People
I can’t emphasize this enough. Be mindful of the company you keep.
I don’t care if it’s family, friends you’ve known since you were young, or co-workers, if they are negative, overly critical, pessimistic, or full of gossip, minimize contact or eliminate it entirely.
Otherwise, their negative traits will rub off on you and interfere with improving your life.
Protect Yourself With Crystals and Amulets
If you have trouble keeping negativity at bay, you may want to rely on crystals and amulets to help. Some crystals, such as selenite and black obsidian, can help keep negative people and vibes away.
Additionally, amulets such as the Hamza or evil eye can keep jealous or otherwise dark people away from you.
Show Gratitude
If you are in a spirit of gratitude, you can’t possibly be ungrateful. So, one way to keep positivity flowing in your life is to be thankful for what you have, no matter how small it may be.
Get Reiki
Another way to raise your vibration is to get reiki. This is an energetic “massage” that helps realign your chakras and fix holes in your aura.
Having balanced chakras and solid auras helps activate kundalini, which manifestation and attraction. Activating kundalini puts you in closer contact with the divine, thus bringing you closer to attracting and manifesting your desires.
If you have had trouble with manifesting, it’s time to consistently keep a high vibration.
After consistently keeping a high vibe over the next month, you may start to notice changes in yourself and your surroundings.
