There is this ancient art that dates back to Ancient Egyptian times in which parts of your foot actually align with various parts of your body. It’s called foot reflexology. Supposedly, when massaging these areas of your foot, it improves that area of the body. For instance, the inner, center of your foot typically corresponds with the stomach.
